About ten years back, I started taking violin lessons as a break from my daily work as a software engineer. Then I started taking piano lessons, and recently I started toying around now and then with a guitar.
Needless to say, I love music. A party has to have music, so I made my paper piecing pattern a set of music notes. This is my very first paper piecing quilt pattern. I am so happy to be able to share this with you as part of the Garden Party Blog Hop hosted by Jennifer Ofenstein at sewhooked.com. Hope you like it.

Love this pattern! Thanks for your time and effort. I tried to make a ginko tree… what do I know about garden parties, I thought about plants. It wasn’t easy. So I want to thank you for designing a really fun pattern, and allowing us all to use it.
Hugs!
